Sold!!!

I bought a house. Isn't that crazy? Everything isn't final yet, and I don't close until June 18Th, but my offer has been accepted. The house needs a lot of work? But, isn't that what starter homes are supposed to be? So..grab a paintbrush and lets get started. I can't wait to kill that burgundy kitchen. Check out the mailbox, I think is it sleeping on the job. (I know it looks like a mobile home but it is actually a house.)
